Task Progress

• Task Progress shows the percentage and number of shots/tasks/assets assigned to artist, based on work status.
• The default status list includes Approved, Internal Approved, Feedback, WIP, Not started, Omit, On hold, Review, Need Assistance, Completed and Invoiced.
• This will keep the artist well informed of the current progress of all the tasks assigned.

Storage Space

• A storage space indicator shows the total space that has been used by the artist and the limit.

Activity Log

• Activity log displays all the modifications made in the platform with the actual time of updates done, in related to the tasks and the artists involved.
• Help text is provided in Activity log to identify the show and shot code details of the task updated.
• To view the help text, click on the displayed log and view the details required.

Star Shots

• Star Shot is the provision given to view artist’s favourites shots on the Dashboard.
• After clicking on bulleted Star in Favourites, go to Star Shots, click on add icon, then select the shot from dropdowns of Add shot to display the favourites as Star Shot.
• This view helps us to track the status of any shot, we choose.
• To know elaborate details on Favourites, refer Favourites document.

Customization

• You can customize and view the desired results in Dashboard in few clicks for overall Task progress and Star Shots.
• To customize them click on the Settings button on the top right corner in Dashboard.
• A side drawer opens, titled with “Artist Dashboard Settings”
