Log review
In 2dview, Log Review timesheet would look like this, wherein the Supervisors or authorized heads proceed to review.
Reviewing Timesheet
- Click on any date and view the total hours logged by any artists on that day.
- Entire database with multiple columns available to provide data in detail, related to the tasks completed for the whole day.
- Additional features like Search and Filter are endowed to pick up desired results easily.
- To get data through the filter, click on Filter and a side drawer titled “Filter Settings” opens, in which required details such as “Show name, Task Type and Department name” need to be filled in.
- To view the log of an individual artist, select the desired User by entering the user name on the search bar and view the logs added.
- The Supervisors or authorized heads can view log entries for any date of their choice and edit or delete the logs of any artist with the maximum limit of previous three months as default.
- Edit / Delete facility is customizable, based on the studio settings.
Timesheet review option is available to Resource Manager / Producer / HOS. Based on Studio, this review option can be tailored.
