User Creation

In 2dview, Users are the authorized persons, for whom an identity is created to access log-in. By creating log-in, the user is authenticated with a set of credentials to proceed.

*** Only the admin can create Users.

If you are an admin

  • Click on the universal listing button on the top right corner.
  • Select User from the Side drawer.
  • It would redirect you to the User listing page.
  • The add button available on the top right corner of the datatable will let you create a new User.
  • A Side drawer opens from the right, wherein the required data to be filled.
  • Enter First Name*, Last Name*, User Thumbnail and Email Id* of the user which should be unique.
  • Enter the Designation, Rating and Skills of the user.
  • The role and department of the user can be selected from the Select Role* and Select Department* dropdown.
  • Click on Add to create a user.

Note: After creating user, the admin must activate the user in the listing panel. Till then, the user will be inactive.
