External Playlist
External playlist, a division of Playlist, consists of external versions published by the artists. Playlists created either by Supervisors or by authorized Heads and artists are not authorized to create it.
The Supervisor must share the created playlist with the artists, to enable the artist to upload the internal approved version to the external playlist.
The Supervisor reviews the External versions and approves, rejects, and gives feedback. Refer screening document for more details regarding review. The versions approved in the internal playlist can only be added to the external playlists by the artists.
The external playlist can be shared directly with clients. The client can review External versions and can approve, reject and give feedback.
Filter option is there to filter out the desired results.
- There is an artist, supervisor and client filter to filter out playlist for a specific client or artist or supervisor.
Additional functions in Playlist, can be viewed by clicking on three dotted icon, next to the Filter. Refer image given.
- Lock playlist – Locks the current playlist and prevents users from adding further versions in that playlist.
- Archive playlist – For archiving the playlist.
- Review playlist – For reviewing the playlist.
- Email feedbacks – For sending feedback to all the artists in that playlist as mail.
- Download feedback – Can be used to download the feedback as a pdf file.
- Share playlist – Option to share the playlist with artists. After that only artists will be able to add their versions to the playlist.
- Send playlist – Option to send the playlist to supervisors and clients.
- Edit playlist – Where we can edit the playlist.
Search option is also available to narrow down your results. Using drop down in the Search option, we can select “Pending / Approved / Rejected” individually, based on our requirement and view the results.
