Email Template
Every event inside the platform will send a notification and an e-mail configured through the configured SMTP settings. 2dview provides customization on how the contents and Metadata (via macros) can be sent to the respective persons. There are different mail templates available for different notification scenarios.
***Only the admin can edit Email Template.
If you are an admin
- Click on the universal listing button on the top right corner.
- Select Template from the side drawer.
- It would redirect you to the Template listing page, Select Email.
- Once you are in the Email template page, you will find different type of templates listed down under the Email Templates.
- The admin can edit the templates which are listed below under Email templates by clicking on the respective template name.
- The Subject*, User Thumbnail, Body, Button Label and Button Link are the attributes which are displayed under Verify Account tab. Admin can edit these attributes.
- Supported Macros will be listed below each template and those macros can be used to edit/add additional information to the mail template.
- To view the mail preview, click on the Preview button available on the right top of the screen.
- Click on save, the changes will be saved.
