Task template defines the task steps for a shot. The task is usually carried out in a sequential step starting from scratch to a higher level. Based on the task template, tasks will be assigned to artists.
*** Only the admin can create Task Template.
If you are an admin
Click on the universal listing button on the top right corner.
Select Template from the side drawer.
It would redirect you to the Template listing page, Select Task.
Click on the Add New Template button available on the Task Template Listing to create a new template.
The name of the template can be edited, by clicking on the template name.
The default task template can be edited by adding a new step or removing an existing step.
To add a new step, click on the Add new step button on the bottom right corner of the datatable.
A Side drawer opens from the right, wherein the required data to be filled.
Select the Department and Task from the dropdown listed.
The task is grouped by departments (For creating a new task type refer to Task type document).
Click on Add to add a new step.
Once the admin added the new step to task template, Pipeline order should be mentioned by numbering the task, depending on the pipeline structure of the studio.
Pipeline structure defines how a task of shot/asset has been carried over from start to end.
To remove a task/step, click on the delete button under the quick actions.
The template will be automatically saved once the admin redirects to some other page.
