Department Report
Department Report is a summary of total Production and performance of every department. Here, the efficiency of every department is calculated and compared, which helps to identify the areas of improvement and track the productivity, department wise.
- To generate the Department report, select Department Report in the Report type, then click on the Run button.
- This would display a consolidated report of the current scenario prevailing in all departments.
- To generate reports for individual or multiple Departments, select the desired Department from the dropdowns in the Department.
- Then click on the Run button and reports get generated Department wise.
- Only a click on Run button would pave the way to view the results intended.
- This report comprises of details such as the total number of artists involved, shots, assets, tasks, statuses, total hours logged in and the possible hours that can be logged.
- Task Status Overview chart represents the total tasks count and progress percentage based on status, Department wise.
- Colour codes in Task Status Overview display the actual status prevailing in Production at a glimpse.
- Click the Download button for Instant reports.
