Artist Availability Report
Artist availability report is the foundation in Project planning and scheduling. The accuracy in the report helps to plan in a better way and to manage the deliveries effectively.
With the artist availability report, we can check the availability of the artists, department wise for a specific period.
- To generate an Artist Availability Report, select the Artist Availability report in Report Type, then Date Range to be chosen from the dropdowns.
- Then click on the Run button.
- Only a click on Run button would pave the way to view the results intended.
- Filter option has been provided to generate Artist availability reports, Department wise.
- Using Filter, either select a desired department or multiple departments, based on your requirements.
- To view the names of the artists who are available to get assigned with a new task, simply click on the artist count and a side drawer with a list of artists display.
- This list shows the availability of artists in a particular department on a specific date.
- The generated reports can be instantly downloaded via the Download button.
