Internal Playlist
Internal playlist displays the internal versions of the shots published by the artists. This playlist has to be created either by the Supervisor or by authorized Heads. Artists cannot create a Playlist.
The supervisor creates an internal playlist then shares it with the concerned artist in order to create an internal version.
The Supervisor reviews the internal versions uploaded by Artists and approve, reject or give feedback through internal playlist.
Filter is provided to view the required data, based on category wise i.e Show, Accountable, Artist, Shot, Asset and Task type.
There is an Artist and Supervisor filter to filter out playlist in regard to specific artist or supervisor.
The additional functions in Playlist can be viewed with a click on three dots, next to the filter. Refer image given.
- Lock playlist – Locks the current playlist and prevents users from adding further versions in that playlist.
- Archive playlist – For archiving the playlist.
- Review playlist – For reviewing the playlist.
- Email feedback – For sending feedback to all the artists in that playlist as mail.
- Download feedback – For downloading the feedback as an excel file.
- Share playlist – Option to share the playlist with the artist. Only on a shared playlist, artists are able to publish their versions.
- Send playlist – Option to send the playlist to supervisors.
- Edit playlist – To edit the playlist, if required.
Search option is also available to narrow down your results. Using drop down in the Search option, we can select “Pending / Approved / Rejected” individually, based on our requirement and view the results.
