Before proceeding more on the Bridge tool, a general view on Publishing document would give a precise visualization about this tool.
By using the Bridge tool, we can publish the shot in 2dview platform. The bridge needs to be signed in with an artist login ID in order to proceed further on publishing.
On logging-in, a new window opens to facilitate the publishing of task.
A new window opens with a facility to add input through drag and drop option or through browse option.
On double click select a specific show, continue the double clicks for selecting sequence & shot code, then choose task.
There are options to select Create a new version or Version up the existing one. In the description box, artists can provide necessary notes for that version which would be helpful for the supervisors.
Select Create new or Version up, based on the scenario.
Finally clicking the publishing button will publish the shot to the platform by transcoding the output into a mov version. FFmpeg is used as the transcoder in 2dview.
If you want to reset the whole thing, you can reset it by clicking the reset button.
