Favorites
Favourites enables to focus on priorities regularly. Live updates on your preferences are easily possible through Favourites. In 2dview, based on the hierarchy, the HOS can track Supervisors, Supervisors can track other Supervisors, Team Leads and Artists by adding to Favourites. Adding to Favourites paves the way to track shows, users and shots with just a click and it gets added to your dashboard under the respective category of Star Shows, Star Users and Star Shots.
Spotlight of Favourites
- Favourites available for Artists and Supervisors vary.
- Supervisors/ Producers / HOS have the option to choose Shows / Users to view in Studio Dashboard
- Artists are given options to choose Shots to view in Dashboard.
- All existing shows, tasks and user names are available in Favourites.
- Notifications will be received by the respective user, pertaining to Star show/user/shot/asset, which will keep them updated with current status and progress at all times.
- Search assists to view desired results in a short period of time.
Adding Favourites to Star Shows & Star Users
- Simply click on bulleted Star near show name or user name that you want to track in the favourites page.
Show
User
- This star click enables the show/user to get visible in Star shows / Star users in Dashboard.
- To add them in star shows or star users, go to the Dashboard and click on add icon and select the show/user from the dropdowns of Add Show/Add User.
- Selected Star show reflects the progress of the show in the task overview chart in Dashboard, based on status parameters such as Approved, Internal Approved, WIP, Not Started, Offline, Online, Omit, On Hold, etc.
- In Dashboard, Selected Star User reflects the progress of the User in Task Overview chart based on allocated tasks status such as Approved, Internal Approved, WIP, Not Started, Offline, Online, Omit, On Hold, etc.
Adding Favourites to Star Shots
- Similarly, artists can choose a favourite shot by clicking on bulleted star on the artist’s favourite page.
- Once the shot is chosen as a favourite, add it to dashboard by clicking Add icon of Star Shots and selecting the shot from Add shot menu.
- Then artists can view the number of tasks associated with that shot, the number of tasks that are approved/ in progress and so on.
- In Dashboard, selected Star shot reflects the progress of the shot, based on status parameters such as Approved, Internal Approved, WIP, Not Started, Feedback, etc.
