Spot Creation
The term “TV Spot” is most often used to distinguish short, focused promotional materials for upcoming movies or televised events.
Add Spot
- Spots are available as a subtab over the datatable.
- To add a Spot, go to the subtabs available above the datatable in Show Overview, Select Spot, which will redirect to the “Spot” section.

- Then, click on Add icon, a side drawer titled Add Spot will be shown with *Show, *Spot Name, and Description.
- With duly filled details, click on “Add icon” and the new Spot gets added and reflects in Spot Section.
- If any modification or deletion is to be done, can be easily accessed with edit / delete buttons provided in the Quick actions.
- Search option is available to narrow down your results on Spots.

Linking Shot with Spot
- To link Shots with the Spots, go to Show Overview page, click on Add icon pertaining to the Shots.
- A side drawer titled Add Shot opens, wherein few required data to be filled.
- In the Add shot, choose Spot in Shot category.
- Then, select Spot name from the dropdowns and mention the respective shot code and click add. This enables the Spot to get linked with the shot.
Universal Button
- The spot can also be created by using the Universal button.
- Click on the Universal button, select the spot from the Add New menu and follow the above procedures.
- The Spot gets added in the Show. To interlink the Spot with the shot, apply the procedure mentioned above.
