In 2dview, Leave Tracking tool has been designed with an objective to provide accurate results related to leaves taken by artists in a productive way. The primary tasks are handling and tracking the leaves of individual artists, effectively.
Leave tracking process manages through the attendance platform wherein Artist availability calendar displays.
The calendar for a specific user has been provided to track individual artists presence and leave.
To view the specific user, click on the user from the list or search that user in the search bar and their leaves will be populated below the calendar.
In order to add leave for a user, go to the attendance platform, then select the required user in the Search bar.

Then click on the Add leave option, which opens a side drawer from the right, titled Add Leave.
Specify the mandatory details in the Add Leave i.e. User Name, Start Date, End Date, Session, etc., and then click Add to update.
You have the facility to mention whether the user is on full leave or session leave.
Full day leave is mentioned as “Leave” and Session Leave is reflected as S-Leave on Calendar.
