Leave Track

In 2dview, Leave Tracking tool has been designed with an objective to provide accurate results related to leaves taken by artists in a productive way.  The primary tasks are handling and tracking the leaves  of individual artists, effectively.

Leave tracking process manages through the attendance platform wherein Artist availability calendar displays.

  • The calendar for a specific user has been provided to track individual artists presence and leave.
  • To view the specific user, click on the user from the list or search that user in the search bar and their leaves will be populated below the calendar.
  • In order to add leave for a user, go to the attendance platform, then select the required user in the Search bar.
  • A screen with a calendar of the specific user displays.
  • Then click on the Add leave option, which opens a side drawer from the right, titled Add Leave.
  • Specify the mandatory details in the Add Leave i.e. User Name, Start Date, End Date, Session, etc., and then click Add to update.
  • You have the facility to mention whether the user is on full leave or session leave.
  • Full day leave is mentioned as Leave” and Session Leave is reflected as S-Leave on Calendar.
